Co-Mac Warehouse Build - Week 3

Another week of progress onsite at 5 Kerry Lane. Digging, drilling, foundations and more! Most importantly we survived the Taranaki wind.

Progress Summary

This week they finished digging the holes for the portal foundations and even began laying the concrete for the first couple foundations. The boxing for the outline of the building was also started and there was more progress on the HVAC pipes.

Weather Review

They had to get the truck out with the water sprayer to prevent the dust storms from all of the wind. However besides the wind challenge it was a good week for weather, as there was no rain and the project continued on track.
